    The Philadelphia Phillies have outrighted short stop Brian Bocock to Triple-A Lehigh Valley according to Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com. The team’s 40-man roster is now at 39. Bocock last played in the Majors in 2010 with the Phillies. This year he’s hitting .222/.267/.299 with 3 HR’s and 23 RBI’s in 194 AB’s between Double-A and Triple-A.
