The Philadelphia Phillies have outrighted short stop Brian Bocock to Triple-A Lehigh Valley according to Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com. The team’s 40-man roster is now at 39.
Bocock last played in the Majors in 2010 with the Phillies. This year he’s hitting .222/.267/.299 with 3 HR’s and 23 RBI’s in 194 AB’s between Double-A and Triple-A.

Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports says the Philadelphia Phillies have designated infielder Brian Bocock for assignment. In a parallel move, the team called up Cody Ransom.
Bocock, 25, has not played with the Phillies’ big league club this year. The Phillies claimed Bocock off of waivers from the Toronto Blue Jays in late January of this year.
