Recently released, Orlando Hudson, says that he’ll be joining the Chicago White Sox according to Peter Gammons of MLB Network. Hudson was released two days ago by the Padres.
The 34-year old second baseman was hitting just .211/.260/.317 with 1 HR, 11 RBI’s and a 63 OPS+ in 123 AB’s for the Padres this season.

According to Danny Knobler of CBSSports, the San Diego Padres have released veteran second baseman Orlando Hudson. Earlier today, Keith Law of ESPN.com said the Padres had designated Hudson for assignment.
