In a Tweet by Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports, sources tell him that Nick Johnson has signed a Minor League contract with the Cleveland Indians. Rosenthal later adds that the agreement is a verbal between Johnson and the Indians because some physical details are pending. The deal will include a club or mutual option for 2012.
