San Diego Padres catcher Gregg Zaun is set to announce his retirement from baseball on Monday, Sportsnet.ca reports.

The San Diego Padres have acquired catcher Rob Johnson from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for a Player to be Named Later or cash considerations according to the Padres’ official Twitter account.
Johnson was designated for assignment earlier this month by the Mariners.
